A few questions we are commonly asked by couples.

Can I bring in an outside wedding planner/coordinator?

At the Bedford Village Inn, we offer a fully exclusive Wedding Planning team. For any outside Wedding Planners and Coordinators hired for your day, there will be a Bedford Village Inn Vendor Collaboration fee of $1,000.00. 

Your Event Manager handles setup, teardown, vendor coordination, and timeline management, with a personal Bridal Attendant for the couple.

Your Wedding Planner supports you from your first meeting through an in-person review 4–6 weeks out, and your Event Manager takes over for day-of execution.

 

Yes! We have a curated list of preferred vendors, including DJs, photographers, florists, bakeries, hair and makeup, entertainment, and more. Each vendor has been carefully selected by the Bedford Village Inn based on their professionalism, quality of service, and experience.

Guest counts need to be in 2 weeks prior to your wedding

Menu choices need to be in no later than 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.

Yes, to make your wedding day as seamless as possible, we offer early access to the Wheeler Room starting at 8:00 AM for getting ready, along with a complimentary Executive Overnight Suite available by 1:30 PM.
