Join us for an intimate evening celebrating the wines of Banfi, one of Italy’s most renowned wine producers, with a special five-course dinner at Trattoria Fondi.
Our culinary team will present a thoughtfully composed five-course menu, with each course paired with a wine selected from the Banfi portfolio. Together, the pairings will highlight the character, craftsmanship, and sense of place behind each wine while creating a beautifully paced dining experience from beginning to end.
