The Bedford Village Inn & Grand reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to overbooking, maintenance issue, or other reason deemed necessary by management. Alternative accommodations will be offered if available at a rate determined by the property. If there are no accommodations available on property, you will be refunded all deposits paid. Reservations/rates booked as a result of a technical error may also be cancelled by the property. The guest will be contacted and offered to keep the reservation at the corrected rate. If an agreement cannot be made, the guest will be allowed to cancel their reservation without penalty. Any deposits will be refunded as a result of technical error or rate discrepancy.
Deposits will be charged per your Deposit/Cancellation policy. If the payment method provided declines for the owed amount, you will have 24-Hours to provide a new credit card for payment. After 24-Hours, the reservation will be cancelled. We will attempt to contact you, but you are ultimately responsible for ensuring a valid credit card is on file for your reservation. Once a reservation is cancelled, we cannot guarantee availability if/when the request is made to reinstate the reservation.
To support a peaceful, enjoyable experience for all of our guests, the Bedford Village Inn and Grand at the Bedford Village Inn maintain a zero-tolerance noise policy. If there is a noise complaint from another guest, you will be issued a courtesy warning. If there is a reasonable suspicion of additional, unregistered occupants, a member of management or security may enter the room to verify the number of guests in the room. Any unregistered guests not listed on the reservation will be asked to leave immediately. If there is a second noise complaint, you will be asked to vacate the room and property immediately. Refunds are not issued to guests who have been evicted due to violation of property policy.
The Bedford Village Inn & Grand is a 100% non-smoking property. A minimum $500 cleaning fee will be billed to your account if management determines that smoking has occurred in your room. This includes e-cigarettes and vape pens.
Guests will be responsible to pay for damaged or missing items in suite at rates set forth by Bedford Village Inn Management. There are tablets in all rooms at the Grand. Missing or broken tablets will be charged to replace the tablet at a cost of $410.00.
The Bedford Village Inn & Grand is a “Gun-Free Zone”. As a private property, we reserve the right to prohibit Guns & Weapons on property. If a gun is present or visible on your body or in the room, you will be issued a warning and asked to remove it from the property. If a second warning is issued, you may be asked to vacate the property without compensation. Management reserves the right to restrict “weapons” that may be reasonably considered dangerous to one self or others on property.
Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia are prohibited. We are obligated to report any evidence or suspicion of illegal drugs or activity to the local police department. In addition, if management determines the use of illegal drugs or activity to be a liability or will jeopardize other guests’ right to an enjoyable and peaceful experience, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, without compensation.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and staff, electric bicycles (“e-bikes”), electric scooters, and all detachable or spare lithium-ion batteries are strictly prohibited inside guestrooms, common areas, and all other interior areas of the property. Lithium-ion batteries may pose a significant fire and safety risk if damaged, improperly stored, or charged indoors. This policy is intended to protect the safety of our guests, employees, and property.
Pets and Emotional Support Animals are prohibited on property. A minimum $500 fee will apply if a pet or ESA is found to have stayed in a guestroom. Registered, licensed service dogs are permitted.
Management reserves the right to enter your room under reasonable suspicion of illegal or unsafe activity at any time during your stay.
Housekeeping will clean your room each day of your stay. The housekeeping cleaning schedule is between 9AM and 5PM. If you would like to schedule your housekeeping service between these times, please call the Front Desk. Requests cannot be guaranteed, but housekeeping will do their best to accommodate your request. If you wish to decline housekeeping service, please hang your “Do Not Disturb” door hanger sign on the outside of your door. For your own safety, a member of management may enter your room if the Do Not Disturb sign has been displayed for more than 24 consecutive hours.
Turndown Service is performed nightly between 5 and 8PM. To decline Turndown Service, please have your “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
The standard occupancy for each room is 2 guests per room unless otherwise authorized. Additional charges may apply for additional guests. Any guest not registered to the room, or exceeding the maximum occupancy of the room, will be asked to leave the hotel.
The Bedford Village Inn & Grand reserves the right to evict any guest(s) in violation of property policy. One courtesy warning may be offered for warranted offenses, however, any unlawful or violent offenses/violations will not be offered a warning. Refunds are not issued to guests who have been evicted due to violation of property policy.
Cancellations within the Cancellation Policy will result in a charge/deposit forfeiture of the full room and tax for each night cancelled. Reservations within the cancellation period may not be changed or moved to another date. Exceptions will not be made for COVID-19. We highly recommend Trip Insurance for your stay. Please see your confirmation letter for the cancellation terms of your reservation/rate.
