Above and beyond stays, the Grand features its own Trattoria, Fondi. Charolais Room for events hosting up to 80 guests, and Sycamore Conference Room for Board Meetings and Private Dinners.

We’re proud to support local producers and farmers from here in New Hampshire as well as elsewhere in New England; they supply the eggs used in our fluffy soufflés and the maple syrup drizzling down our buttermilk pancakes – not to mention many of our fresh meats and mouthwatering cheeses. Seafood from the North Atlantic shores, pork from Niman Ranch, and grain-fed Angus beef from the Midwest round out some of the superior ingredients used in our kitchen.
